1. Information we collect

When you request a visibility audit, contact us, or engage Breez, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website details, and any information you choose to share about your business and goals.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver your visibility audit, provide our services, manage your account, send relevant updates, and improve our own marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing your information

To deliver services, we may share relevant information with the platforms and tools your project runs on, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), your CRM, and hosting or email providers. These providers only receive what’s necessary to deliver your service and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

4. Data storage & security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including restricting access to authorised personnel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. This data is generally aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Payment policy

The following payment terms apply to Breez engagements:

Fixed pricing: Fees for the 90-Day Sprint, individual elements, and add-ons are fixed and quoted in your proposal, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Deposit: A deposit is payable to commence work, with the remaining balance invoiced across the engagement as set out in your proposal.
Pay-per-lead: A one-off, non-refundable $500 setup fee covers the campaign build. A minimum commitment of 20 leads or 60 days (whichever comes first) applies, with per-lead fees invoiced as leads are delivered.
Ad spend: Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta (or other ad platforms) by you. Breez never collects, holds, or invoices ad spend on your behalf.
Refunds: Deposits and fees for work already completed or in progress are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with your signed proposal.
Late payment: We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
